Based on our years of experience, we can design simple stand mounted plants all the way to state-of-the-art portable and stationary operations. We specialize in building the big, custom, portable plants that require no major tear down to transport.

Stationary installations for all types of crushers in any configuration with integral feeders, screens, and conveyors can be provided to the customers needs. Skid type structures are also available.

Portable Thunderbird II jaw plants are designed for primary reduction of all types of rock. They can be used for base rock, pit run or as a first-stage crusher in a series of reduction machines for any kind of aggregate. For primary crushing applications, these highly portable plants are available in various configurations and are all easy to setup. Depending on configurations, Jaw sizes can range up to 48"x60". We offer completely self-contained diesel power with hydraulic conveyor and feeder control as well as all-electric plants. Our vibrating grizzly feeders with variable-speed drives control feed rates for efficient crusher production. Through extensive field testing and customer feedback Aggregate Machinery, Inc has produced a custom, portable, dependable and highly productive carrier. These carriers include under jaw conveyor, leveling support legs and pads, guarding, operator's platform / cabs, chute work, travel lights, air brakes, tires and wheels for a complete package. Different configurations are available for many sizes and types of jaws from Cedarapids, Pioneer, Metso, Sandvik and more.

Portable Thunderbird II cone plants are excellent for secondary or tertiary crushing. Open and Closed circuit designs maximize gradation consistency and you achieve low wear costs and less down time. The Thunderbird II cone plants are high production units and are highly portable. Different designs are available; including various screening and conveying setups.

Portable Thunderbird II impact plants are built for rock or recycle applications. Our impact plants feature the Thunderbird II impact crusher. Although, Aggregate Machinery, Inc. has and will mount almost any impact crusher in a portable plant configuration. We offer both open and closed-circuit plant designs that transport in one piece. Our impact plants feature our Thunderbird II screens which are accompanied with easily adjustable screen deck-over blending chutes allow custom mixing of product sizes to exact specifications. Other features include: an under-crusher slider bed that provides a tight seal, reducing the under-crusher conveyor cleanup and maintenance and a hydraulic screen raise and lower allowing for easy and fast setup as well as making the screen more accessible for maintenance.
