Thunderbird II portable jaw plants are designed for primary reduction of all types of rock. They can be used for base rock, pit run or as a first-stage crusher in a series of reduction machines for any kind of aggregate. 

For primary crushing applications, these highly portable plants are easy to setup.  Jaw sizes range up to 48"x60".  We offer completely self-contained diesel power with hydraulic conveyor and feeder control as well as all-electric plants. Our vibrating grizzly feeders with variable-speed drives control feed rates for efficient crusher production. 

Through extensive field testing and customer feedback Aggregate Machinery, Inc has produced a custom, portable, dependable and highly productive carrier.  These carriers include under jaw conveyor, leveling support legs and pads, guarding, operator's platform, chute work, travel lights, air brakes, tires and wheels for a complete package.

Different configurations are available for many sizes and types of jaws from Allis Chalmers  to Universal.
