Thunderbird II state-of-the-art recycling plants are designed to easily convert large slabs of construction and demolition material into high quality specification products. All Thunderbird II recycle plants are hard working and dual-purpose, perfect for standard crushing applications as well as recycling. We also understand that every application is different. Thunderbird II recycling plants utilize efficient jaw and impact crushers that offer easy maintenance and low wear costs. The innovative hydraulic systems keep transportation, set-up, tear-down, and maintenance simple.

Plants are available in open and closed-circuit configurations with fully electric or with self-contained diesel power. Optional extra capacity diesel generated power to operate off-chassis screens and stackers is available on some models. An optional powerful, self-cleaning, permanent or electro-magnetic separator removes ferrous metals and is also available on an off-chassis, portable-jump conveyor.

Operational dust is minimized through the utilization of conveyor hoods and an integral bag house.
