Wet plants wash feature
Individual-spray bar controls give a uniform spray pattern
and maximum rinsing control. Each deck receives wash
water via non-vibrating spray bars connected through isolation
hoses to a main distribution manifold. For increased
rock washing action, each screen bar nozzle has an 80 degree
spray pattern which overlaps water flow for continuous coverage.
The individual spray bar system has control for each bar through
it's own valve. The addition of a sandscrew provides
dewatering and scrubbing for the final product.
Custom-designed systems
are also available and may feature multiple screens, a feeder,
or stationary screening towers.
An assortment of different designs
and configurations are available using with our Thunderbird
II screens or those from other manufacturers.
